I learned this by ear, so there might be mistakes, especially on the 7 chords.. sounds ok to me.
 
For the F7 A# F7 part. hit the A# like a short hammer on.
For soloing use F pentatonic scales (both major and minor work), over the Dm progression use D minor.
 
Try to avoid open chords and play with a lot of dead notes to get the funky style out of it.
