I learned this by ear, so there might be mistakes, especially on the 7 chords.. sounds ok to me.
 
For the G7 C G7 part. hit the C like a short hammer on.
For soloing use G pentatonic scales (both major and minor work), over the Em progression use E minor.
 
Try to avoid open chords and play with a lot of dead notes to get the funky style out of it.
