Check it out: Isaiah 43:1-28
The Bible tells us a whole heap of times not to be afraid… why is that? Because we spend much of
our lives anxious, on edge, and sometimes simply afraid. We fear the future, fear about finances,
fear we won’t fit in and fear we might be rejected by others. So much to be afraid about, and yet,
Jesus keeps telling us not to fear. John tells us the perfect love of God will drive out all fear.
In other words fear and love can’t live together. If ever you need to be free of fear or anxiety…….
Just ask for more love! And in this chapter of Isaiah, God tells us why we don’t have to afraid any more!
